Questions about Hackcord
Hackcord is a fictional multiplayer hacking simulator game for Discord. These answers cover server safety, permissions, privacy, and the main gameplay systems.
For Server Owners and Admins
Is Hackcord a real hacking tool?
No. Hackcord is a fictional Discord game with virtual devices, simulated crypto, upgrades, and player progression. It does not scan real networks, interact with personal hardware, steal real accounts, or perform real-world cyberattacks.
Does Hackcord need dangerous server permissions?
No. Hackcord is designed around normal Discord bot permissions for sending messages, reading commands, and showing embeds/components. It does not need Administrator permissions to run the game.
Does Hackcord use real cryptocurrency or mine anything?
No. Crypto in Hackcord is only an in-game currency used for progression and leaderboards. The bot does not use blockchain technology, mine cryptocurrency, or run anything on a player's computer.
What data does Hackcord store?
Hackcord stores the Discord IDs needed to connect players and servers to their in-game progress. It may store game-related data like device IDs, upgrades, settings, tasks, and logs. It does not need Discord tokens, passwords, or private message history.
Can server owners restrict Hackcord to one channel?
Yes. Server administrators can use Discord channel permissions to keep Hackcord inside a dedicated channel like #hackcord or #bot-commands.
For Players
How does progression work?
Players upgrade software, improve their fictional device, complete time-based tasks, and earn in-game currency. Higher software levels can make tasks faster and unlock stronger progression paths.
What does /scan do?
/scan helps players find other in-game devices around their progression level. From there, players can pick a target and start a fictional bypass task.
Why do some tasks take a long time?
Hackcord is built around time-based progression. Task speed depends on software levels, target strength, and the type of action being performed.
What is the tasks menu for?
The tasks menu shows what is currently running on your device, such as bypass, download, decrypt, and other active game actions.
What happens after a successful connection?
After a connection completes, players can interact with that fictional device through game actions such as decrypting, downloading software, or using other progression systems.
What is spam used for in-game?
Spam is a passive income system inside the game. It affects fictional devices and generates in-game crypto through Hackcord's own economy mechanics.
How do antivirus and firewall upgrades work?
Defensive upgrades help protect a fictional device from other players. Antivirus and firewall levels affect how well a player can resist or interrupt certain game actions.
What are overclocks?
Overclocks are temporary boosts that can speed up certain tasks and downloads. They can be earned through gameplay rewards such as voting or random events.
What does /phish do in Hackcord?
/phish is a fictional random reward command inside Hackcord. It can give in-game currency, software upgrades, overclocks, or other progression rewards.
